BLT SALAD WITH CREAMY YOGURT HERB & DILL DRESSING
Ingredients
BLT Salad:
4-5 cups romaine lettuce or baby spinach
12 strips of bacon, cooked
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cups homemade or store-bought croutons
Creamy Yogurt Herb & Dill Dressing:
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
2 Tbsp, olive oil
2 tsp. Onion, Garlic & Herb Seasoning
2 tsp. Lemony Dill Seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
BLT Salad :
Wash, dry and chop lettuce. Cook bacon until crispy, cut into ½" pieces. In a large bowl toss all ingredients together and drizzle with your favourite dressing.
Creamy Yogurt Herb & Dill Dressing:
Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined. Refrigerate for ½ hour. Adjust consistency with milk if so desired.
